Life Skills Course


Life skills increase young people’s well-being and help them to develop into active and productive members of their communities. At FDG our 10 week Life Skills course helps teenagers and young adults gain confidence and traction in working towards their life goals and helps them make healthier choices in life. Some of those topics include financial management, goal settings, relationships, communication skills, self-care and hygiene and much more. Once a teenager/young adult develops a healthy set of life skills, independence is that much more attainable. Life Skills Registration Form
